    If it’s prepared safely, I’m game! I sometimes get cravings for raw meat–sushi or steak tartare–and I’m convinced it has something to do with nutrition. I bet there are things that raw meat gives us that cooked meat doesn’t. It would make sense, I think, given that for most of our evolutionary history we didn’t know how to cook. But ultimately, I just love the juicy, fresh taste!
